MixBuy Refund Policy

At MixBuy, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. Therefore, we have crafted a transparent and fair refund policy to address any concerns you may have regarding your purchases.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for products purchased directly from MixBuy.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refund Timeframe

You may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. After this period, we reserve the right to deny any refund requests.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including perishable goods, downloadable software, and personalized/customized products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at mixbuypk@gmail.com or 03311169119 with your order details and reason for the return.
After receiving approval for the return, securely package the item(s) and ship them back to our designated return address.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via the desired method suggested by customer if payment method  of purchase was COD.
Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund upon return of the damaged item.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following the standard return process.

9. Changes to Refund Policy

MixBuy reserves the right to amend or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
